Overnight and Rush Deliveries
The Yale University Art Gallery Bookstore uses standard delivery. To expedite an order, please call 203.432.0023 for two-day and overnight options.
Damaged Goods
For any goods that arrive with visible damage, refuse immediately and contact the Bookstore as soon as possible. For concealed damage, contact the Gallery and a new order will be shipped, along with a return label for returning damaged goods. Please retain all packing materials, as documentation may be needed for insurance purposes.
Connecticut Sales Tax
A 6% sales tax will be included for any shipments delivered within the state of Connecticut.
